Now it all comes together. The Horizon nerf we got before was just accidentally released to soon.
Horizon has been officially nerfed but also buffed.
Her nerf when she goes up her tactical ability when using a spray weapon will have accuracy penalty. This includes being at the top of her tactical.
Now the buff is her tactical speed has been increased. This is to encourage to take height faster and for rotation which it was intended for.
This fits more of the skirmish role without being absolutely broken.
Now…what do you think of this change? Is this a healthy compromise?
I feel it is as going up and beaming out of no where was unfair. This is a solid give and take for me personally. I mean listen. Horizon in the air can still get beamed out and will hopefully utilized for rotation.
