Apex Legends New Gameplay Update Reworks Ranked as Respawn have stated before they are redoing the way skill based matchmaking works it now appears they are cracking down on smurf accounts and testing new reworks in the EU region which has lead to a clash of high ranked players in Predator and Masters facing off against Gold, Silver and Bronze lobbies. Its not clear if this will be a product of the new ranked system and grind or if it was just a misstep while they make a more refined system.
