It looks like the reveal today showcases that Ash from Titanfall 2 will be the arena mode announcer. It will be a non-battle royale game mode, as Apex Legends is being taken beyond battle royale in 2021.
Nobody knows what will happen next but we can expect more Apex Legends news about the upcoming Legacy arena mode in the coming days, and it seems the Respawn developers teased that an arena mode blog or post will be online next week. I hope we can get some more Apex Legends Season 9 trailers soon too, including maybe one for Valkyrie and the Season 9 gameplay launch trailer.
