Oh no! I really hate when this happens. A customer ordered an excellent condition iPad, but she received an eco friendly condition iPad. After looking into this, we realized some of our excellent and eco friendly conditions got mixed up. We apologized and made things right with the customer, but are still disappointed this happened.
