The new iPad Mini is awesome DESPITE the so-called “jelly scrolling” effect which I talk about right off the bat in this review. I’ve started reaching for this iPad for SO many things… even over my iPad PRO at times. It’s just so nice using the Apple Pencil with a device you can easily hold in one hand (as opposed to having to set the iPad down on a desk to use the Apple Pencil).
