This is a fear that’s been brewing for the past year or so in the PlayStation landscape. And as time passes, it only gets worse. With Spider-Man 2 released, we don’t really know much about the rest of Sony’s PlayStation Studios, and what they’re developing for PS5. So, let’s do our annual review of these studios and discuss the areas that are currently being overlooked. The release timeline, comparing the release cadence to PS4, and also reviewing how Sony pads out their portfolio. There’s a lot to unpack here, and yet there’s no box being opened. Disappointing? Perhaps. Thought-provoking? I’d say so. Because clearly I’d endorse my own video.
