Sony has historically gone with a radically new user interface with each PlayStation generation, and PS5 is no different. It’s got the Activity Card feature, a baked-in PS Store, Game Base, New PS Plus menu, the works. Admittedly, I have a bit of a love hate relationship with this UX. And so let me explain why, making some appropriate comparisons to PS3’s XMB and PS4’s Dynamic Menu along the way. Strap yourselves in folks, we’re gonna get VERBOSE. And QUIRKY. Perhaps even a little weird?
