“PlayStation Fan Shares Gorgeous Cassette Tape-Inspired Artwork For Exclusive Games. A PlayStation fan uses old cassette tape artwork as an inspiration for some posters based on God of War, Horizon, and The Last of Us. Given the popularity of recent PlayStation exclusives like God of War, The Last of Us, and Horizon, it is no surprise that artistic players have wanted to pay homage to these franchises – and a recent collection of posters shows love for all of them. Intriguingly, this PlayStation-centric artwork takes inspiration from cassette tapes, and all the pieces made by the artist are stunning. The first poster shared by the artist is for God of War 2018, and it is a fitting inclusion given the imminent release of its sequel, God of War Ragnarok. Pictured below, the poster features Kratos and Atreus riding in a boat, with a red hue placed over the image that helps the piece stand out. This same red color scheme is applied to the PlayStation and Sony logos, while the other lettering on the cassette art is black. The other three posters have a similar style and can be viewed here.”

“Massive ‘Grand Theft Auto VI’ leak shows off early gameplay footage. A massive trove of footage from the next installment in Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto series has leaked online. On early Sunday morning, a hacker who goes by teapotuberhacker uploaded 90 videos from a test build of Grand Theft Auto VI to GTAForums. Since PCGamer spotted the post, the clips have proliferated across YouTube and social media, and as of the writing of this article, they’re still viewable. In line with reporting Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier published in July, the footage shows two playable protagonists. One of them is a female character named Lucia, who we see robbing a restaurant in one of the clips. In a separate video, you can see the other playable character riding the “Vice City Metro,” pointing to the fact that GTA VI will take place in a fictionalized version of Miami. According to Schreier, the leaked footage is legitimate.”

We knew it was coming to next-gen machines, but now it’s also headed to Sony’s older home console. However, it seems this remake will be skipping the Xbox One, possibly due to a lack of power or sales.”

“Sony: PSVR2 is “truly next-generation,” so it can’t play PSVR1 games. “PSVR games are not compatible with PSVR2 because PSVR2 is designed to deliver a truly next-generation VR experience,” Nishino said. Nishino listed several “much more advanced features” in the VR2, including new controllers with haptic feedback, adaptive triggers, advanced eye tracking, and 3D audio. “That means developing games for PSVR2 requires a whole different approach than the original PSVR.”

“NBA 2K23 File Size is Ridiculous. The Xbox Series X version of NBA 2K23 asks for “about 152.02 GB” of storage space. On PS5, the file size is said to be around 143 GB in size. The file size is considerably more manageable on PS4 and Xbox One. On PS4, it’s around 47 GB, and on Xbox One, it’s around 95 GB, which is still quite large but preferable to its Xbox Series X counterpart. The Nintendo Switch version of NBA 2K23, meanwhile, clocks in at about 52 GB, which makes it one of the largest games on the platform in terms of file size.”
