Console sales projections have been reduced, Xbox’s UK numbers came back with them looking to be on top, and general concerns about future releases have been cropping up. Is PlayStation in trouble? Will Xbox outsell PS5? The biggest PlayStation news today is all about how the PlayStation 5 seems to be making fewer consoles while the Xbox Series X has been able to not only outsell PS5, but do so handily. The PS5 semiconductor shortage has put them at a disadvantage and as Sony tries to catch up, the PlayStation vs Xbox numbers keep getting closer and closer. The latest PS5 news is that they added PS Now to PS plus, but when stacked up against Xbox Game Pass many are left feeling underwhelmed. The PlayStation 5 console shortage has also made many people concerned. With a release window that’s looking quite bare for PS5 games, many have begun to express worry. Let’s talk about those worries a bit today.

PS5 is now bigger than the N64 in the UK, and is closing in on the GBA. Xbox Series S/X overtook the GameCube a few months back. If only there was more stock, we'd be seeing some serious records breaking here. Long generation ahead
