PlayStation has found itself at the end of poorly aging statements once more. Last time, it was backwards compatibility and this go around it is much more current honing in on the latest exclusives. It was recently confirmed that the PlayStation 4 will hang around for games like God of War and Horizon Forbidden West. Despite that, they’ve committed in half measures with the likes of Returnal and Ratchet being PS5 exclusive? After some research, I was left wondering… are they really not living up to the promises made? Compared to the PS4 generation, I think they’re doing well, but this requires a much more detailed discussion.
